Our Favorite Ways To Connect With Our Feminine Energy

• Spending time near the ocean. Our go-to place for inspiration is brimming with feminine energy. With its calming presence and cyclical nature, many cultures consider the ocean a life source, much like a woman. Its tides are governed by the moon, another symbol of femininity, and its waters have the power to heal and rejuvenate any soul. We can always count on the ocean to bring us peace, strength, and focus. 
• Engaging in grounding practices. Harriet and other members of the team are committed to a regular yoga practice to get in tune with their bodies, minds, and spirits. It helps us find balance while boosting our mental and physical health. Certain poses, like dancer pose and goddess pose, are especially beneficial for enhancing feminine energy.
• Adorning ourselves with pearls. And last but certainly not least, our favorite gems are also excellent tools for getting in touch with our feminine side! These longstanding symbols of femininity are the perfect talismans for feminine energy. All we have to do is put on our favorite pieces to feel more aligned with the special energy inside of us.
